Delete your SamArt account

For the SamArt apps for Android, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Mac, by Gigadyne LLC. You don't need an account to use SamArt. This page is for people who signed in.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SamArt and go to Create.
2. Tap your account, then Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away, and every device using it is signed out.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my SamArt account", from the email address you sign in with. If you sign in with Apple and hid your email, say so and we'll help you confirm the account. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your email address, display name and sign-in (Google, Apple, Microsoft or email code)
• Your devices and their sessions
• Your synced settings: your Frames (names, models and local addresses), playlists and default mat

What's kept

• Your store purchase record (store, product, purchase date and the store's purchase id), with nothing that identifies you. This is so you can restore SamArt Unlock later through Google Play, the Microsoft Store or the App Store. It's kept for as long as SamArt runs.
• Art you already published to the Community collection stays public, credited as "A SamArt member". To have it removed too, ask in the same email.
• Server logs (IP address and requests) aren't linked to your account and rotate automatically.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from; deleting your account doesn't cancel or refund a purchase. More detail is in our privacy policy.
